FAQ's

You do not need a prescription or referral from a doctor in New Jersey, which is under Direct Access.  Some limitations apply, but give us a call to see if you qualify at the Fairfield location.

We are accepting all major health insurances.  Insurance benefits get confusing, so we will help with verifying your benefits to give you the most accurate information about your insurance plan such as co-pays, coverages, how many visits are approved to allow the best care possible.

It all starts with a comprehensive evaluation, which will give us the information needed to find your "driver" of pain, and stop the dysfunction burdening you.  This will typically take a little more than 1 hour, with follow up treatments in 1 hour or less in our physical therapy clinic.

Depending on your injury, whether it be a post operative procedure, a neurological dysfunction, a specific sports injury, or just a common body pain, the length of sessions will vary.  This can be answered with your therapist during your evaluation when all findings are present.

TITAN Physical Therapy treats all ages, all pains, including sport and non sport injuries.  The name and logo is a personal tribute to someone special to me.  I believe that no matter if you are seeking rehab for balance difficulties, common joint pain, post op rehab, or sports injuries, we all deserve relief and improvement.  We accommodate everyone here at TITAN, and will provide the right care for you. 

There is no time like the present.  We have all gotten injured and self treated until the pain stopped.  When the pain continues for months and is not getting better, it is best not to ignore it anymore, as it starts to limit your ability to do what you enjoy during the day or even normal daily activities.  We can be our own doctors sometimes, but eventually need help.  We are here to provide that help at TITAN.
